I applaud this female ramp agent. It's good to see a woman do a physically demanding job. There should be more women like her. I wonder what the world would be like if there were more male flight attendants and more female ramp agents? Would be an awesome sight.

きっかけが無いというのは「マーシャラー」という職業自体、ｸﾞﾗﾝﾄﾞﾊﾝﾄﾞﾘﾝｸﾞという職業の中の一つの仕事としてあるだけなので、「マーシャラー」になるきっかけはなかったという事ではないでしょうか。
他にもたくさんの仕事をこなすのがグラハンですから。

わざわざ、『女性』と付ける必要性はないと思いますよ。
現に女性のマーシャラーは沢山おりますし。まずはこういう、小さな事が男女共同参画社会をより広げていく第一歩だと考えております。
また、このような職業を目指している視聴者もいるかもしれないのに、『きっかけは無い』と言っていたのは少々残念に感じました。
