Hi! It is being a long time I am searching for recipe for chicken kabab with chana dal. I heard about it but din't try. I am happy to see the video of yours and on this Bhia Dyuj
I was little reluctant to try a very simple recipe for making shami kabobs becoz usually it takes lot more spices to make it. However, I have just finished making the mixture of it and honestly, this is the easiest and tastiest recipe I have ever tried for the dish!!! Thank you very much for sharing it!
@mfsefian1 oh shut the fuck up you wanna be.. I posted a comment for her to see... so u hav no business butting in.... giv ur girl crush a break... i have the balls... and a couple of dicks... to rape the fucking hell out of you if you even try to approach me in person... you Lesbian Loser...
Hi ur end product looks really nice , but I prefer using mince meat rather than boti they r also delicious but should use egg for coating for frying .
Looks wonderful! A physician I work for brought me some to try, it was delicious and I would like to make my own. I was wondering how much fresh ginger you are using? And the "soaked chanada" is that just lentils?
they look yummy...Good work ..I have a question, I do not have a pressure cooker, so how long do I have to cook the meat and do I need to use water in case I am cooking it in a pan?
@sninias - if you do not have a pressure cooker I would suggest use minced meat and no water. Cook the minced meat in the pan with all the spices for atleast 30 minutes. Make sure that you dry all the water out before you grind. You need the mixture to be bone dry.
Thank you sfehmi for your response. I love your cooking and have made many very good dinners from you. Keep up the good work....I wish I could delete those other comments. Amazing how bold people get when they don't have face anyone, I think they call that a coward.
@BanderaBuddy Thanks for your nice comments. I do have administrative rights from Youtube but I choose not to delete the comments. It is a free country and I totally understand that not every one will like my recipes. But they did watch it and took the time to comment.
carry on barking like the homeless dogs that live in gutters, cuz that's all you sound like. im way too sophisticated to argue back at a trampy dog likw you!!!! sorry for insulting all the dogs out there for comparing wat eva this nazia786 is 2ya all
nazia you sound extremely uneducated and DUMB!!!! i think you should try shutting that foul mouth of YOURS before asking others to shut up.. if your gonna have 786 after your name learn to respect people and dont go round swearing at random peoples mother! stop being an imature little brat and show some RESPECT!!
I have tried to make these sooo many times. Everytime I fry them it foams up in my frying pan so badly and then they break apart. I use ground beef, maybe I need to use the beef cubes. What kind of beef are you using (ie chuck etc). They look delicious. I will give them a try....Thank you, I love your video's.
you need to watch that foul mouth of yours girl. and if u cant do that then atleast change your name to DUMB BITCH or somit! dont have 786 infront of your name and then go swearing at people's mother!
i have a question, i would love to cook all this but i live in an apt, and i find that even if i open the windows my apt has the smell of indian food. Is there any tip about that? I really want to cook indian food :(
You must have seen that I usually have a candle burning on my stove. I think that helps. Pick up a Yankee candle from one of the stores and try that. Let it burn for some time even after you have finished cooking. The smell should go away.
pls state the ratio of meat and chana daal,- thanks

It takes forever to do this without a pressure cooker. I like this one and I'm wondering what you could eat this with.
