@modman1234567 Thank you! This set up is actually fairly affordable as synthesizers go? The diamond, on the other hand...? just kidding. it was glass of course.
@VJFranzK Hahah. Yea, My only issue is I have little to no disposable income. To fill my synth needs I have ableton live and a m-audio oxygen with free soft synths I find on the internet. Btw, Nice diamond! haha
@modman1234567 Use the arpeggiator? scale and other "midi FX" in the chain before the Soft Synths to get some Kaossilate-y effects from Ableton. It's what I use for my studio recordings also - you can do just about anything with it, so go for it!
@VJFranzK Oh I know lol. You can check out my tracks here soundcloud./modman Honestly I think actual hardware can surpass what any soft synth can do. I'm saving up my money to get a Moog Little phaty :P (Add com to the link)
@modman1234567 well, they both have advantages, but yes - once you can hear the difference, the tone of true analog gear can't QUITE be replicated by software ( though the emulations get better all the time. ) Also check out Dave Smith gear like the Mopho, Tetr4, and my new favorite - The Tempest!
Woah. Psychadelic, and acidic! Nice combo.
