Lakin did not have a chance at discovery mainly because he is not entitled to it. the Judge already knows what will really happen. the embarrasment is that the President would have to then surrender his BC to everyone filed a suit in court once it was opened. thats lesson in law is free

I applaud these citizens for their Patriotic efforts. I would like to point out, because there is much wrong information on "natural born Citizen", that most believe that it means you must have BOTH parents citizens (Orly Taitz, Mario Apuzzo, etc.) and born on U.S. soil or equiv. This is wrong. It only requires you to have a citizen father. Your mother and place of birth are irrelevant for Article II purposes. I have produced a written analysis that proves this if anyone wants it.

@jedipauly This is relevant only if you are the DMV agent and he is using an internet image to get a drivers license, or if you are an agent of the State Department and he is using an internet image to get a passport. But this is not the case, so your example makes no sense. Obviously if there was a question about his age or birthplace, evidence would include a document and not an internet image. You have not made a case that demands such evidence. You have only conjecture!

They also fail to understand that they need very stong evidence before they can even argue against the prima facie case presented by this certification. The "certification" is not merely "the document" by the way. The "certification" is the whole of the position of the state government on these facts, of which the document is merely evidence.
