I've played the monster hunter on the PS2 and I was amazed. I Sold my Xbox to buy a Wii and this game. NO regrets. Screw black ops. All about Monster Hunter Tri. People need to go crazy over this like Black Ops. (Which in my opinion is not that good. I've played it)

@TinTinBunnie Considering it didn't sell that well when it was on the PS2 in the US, I doubt Capcom wanted to risk it. ...it strangely did better on the PSP than the PS2 versions.

...I think Capcom's trying the Wii to see if it sells better there... has less competition there.

When the Wii gets bad games, people talk about how sucky the Wii is. When the Wii gets a multiplatform release, everyone immediately disses the Wii version (though most times they do suck). When the Wii gets a good game, people complain why it can't be on the other systems.

Here's an answer for the last one: Because it is. Suck it up and buy a Wii, you already spend hundreds buying games you rarely play twice, you can afford a Wii. It does have good games in it, quit your b*tchin.

Why? This is the most unfit game for the Wii. Does it need motion controls? No it does not. Is it a huge franchise in the states? No it is not and this is very very likely to crash and burn here. This is also a very online based game, and the Wii easily has the worst online service at the moment. There is no reason why this should come out for the Wii aside from Nintendo buying its exclusivity which is bullshit. Imagine how great itd look in 1080p.
