  • Getting thru a work day should not be a sex tactical war zone.

  • She's sexy.

I would let her carry on the massage :-)

  • hahaha

  • STOP WITH WHOLE SEXUAL HARASSMENT PART. OH YEAH IF I SAY A WOMAN IS HOT AND I LIKE HER ASS AND BOOBS THAT HURTS HER SO MUCH YEAAH STUPID BITCH -.-

  • Plus i live in Canada it's alittle different than in the United States. You can get along with girls more and vise virsa and everyone isn't all about getting money from you through legal means as using 'sexual harassment' as a weapon just because they don't like you or you say hello to a woman or man whos in a bad mood..Canadian charter of rights and feedoms protects you from this sorta stuff so i can say whatever the fuck i want to who ever i want if it aint a threat or any phyical touching

  • Don't gotta worry at work i'm a virgin any woman claims sexual harassment against me i'll counter sue plus i'm bipolar i dunno what i'm doing without my medication anyways LOL SO SUE ME FUCKING BITCHES I DARE YA

  • I would be the happy dude at 1:21... ah yeah..

  • @stitchedplate41 It could be, depending on the reason for the firing. In Texas, where we live and work, you can be fired at any time without explanation. Sexual Harassment can be difficult to prove. Without the proverbial smoking gun (hard evidence), the person filing the claim could be engaging in a tough battle.

  • True or False: writing "Dear so and so" is sexual harassment?

True or False: calling some girl "Honey", "Sweetheart", "Baby", "Sweet cheeks", and "Cutie" sexual harassment?

  • @dafranx Writing "Dear so and so" is a customary greeting and probably wouldn't be considered sexual harassment, depending on the circumstances.

Calling someone "Honey," "Sweetheart," etc., can be considered sexual harassment. Again, it all depends on the circumstances.

  • @davidpetersonharvey Depending on the circumstances? What does that mean? Tell me that for example.

  • @dafranx

That's how this bullshit works. See, these rules aren't really in place to make for a better workplace, they are like the weapons on the sides of Thunderdome. I worked for the nation's largest bank, supposedly a great place for a gay man to work. What a con "diversity" is. You know what diversity is? It's a veneer of black females and hispanic males in the front row of the company photo, while the top row is the same as it has always been.

  • @Kevinrasadio Not so lucky if you are not into them. :-)

  • "Harassment" occurs if the person is annoyed, offended, afraid or otherwise disturbed by the conduct. Everyone has the right to reject anyone else's sexual advances, for any reason -- attractiveness, approach, personality, drug use, either person's involvement other relationships, job consequences (supervisor-subordinate relationsthip), risks (STD or any other kind), etc. And, yes, even men who flirt may reject advances from the women who makes advances on all men -- or "too many" men.

  • You're right about everyone having the right to object to or reject sexual advances for any reason. The video covers the basis of what can constitute sexual harassment and the material we used came straight from the EEOC.

Thanks for the insightful comments. Regardless of the legal element, people should just treat each other right, eh?

    Peace,

    David

  • This girl on my new job has made contact with my butt "accidentally" more than once so I have learned to watch my butt around her. Keep it turned away from her. The other day she chuckled a little so I know for sure she was doing that on purpose. Horny little thing. lol

  • Dominique has bad taste- this guy is really shrill and irritating. Ack.

  • Nice to see that people are aware of the existence of predatory women in this world, too. And anyone in the workplace will tell you that if HR did their job, they'd be OUT of a job.

  • That's an interesting point. I believe the goal of a good HR person should be to work themselves out of a job. Of course, other factors play in that won't let that happen, starting with how people are raised by their parents. LOL

Have a great week. Thanks for the insightful comment.

    Peace,

    David

  • very informative. good luck with your videos dave.

  • where can i get more info on the program?

  • I am soooo tense.

  • Pushing her hand off is a sexual harrassment even if she was the one who started it.

This training video is very good.

  • Thanks. In cases where physical contact occurs, the complainant may also have a cause for assault and/or battery charges agains the offender.

    Peace,

    David

  • I hope that your videos sell well to big and small companies.

  • Thanks. I really appreciate that. Even more, I hope it helps people learn how to treat each other appropriately. I've handled these types of complaints at different companies and, in my opinion, everyone loses when there's a sexual harassment issue.

    Peace,

    David

  • It's a complete training program. ;-)
