@UltraZone100 Choose the CamTwist option in Ustream instead of your normal webcam. Don't forget that you have to install CamTwist on your computer for you to get that option. You CAN'T have our computer read it off the disk image.

The best basic CamTwist tutorial out there. But how did you hook up your external camera? I put a Canon (Standard def) through firewire to my MacBook Pro, but it doesn't see it. My iSight works okay. ???

windows can try webcammax which is windows only. but its a great program, when i was unlucky with webcammax(windows only) i looked up webcam effects and found this. so i searched webcam effects on youtube as well and found this video. great video!
