  • Very clean indeed!

    Beautiful machine!

i owned an S4 looking to buy a GTS

Car looks wonderful, this guy is genuine

is the car still for sale?

    im from the UK

many thanks for a good through report!

    hope to hear from you!

  • @MrBazz77 - Gts are not so strong as ure S4 The S4 are just better and iff u like em dont bye the Manual gearshifted ... My self runs the S4 my friends allways hawe trubels in there GTS , Cams where down on them faster...and realy pain to use iff manual,my goes faster and shifts nicer and trubel free so far -88 928S4 5.0L

  • @danglethrow Blame it on the 928's high $100K price tag which in 94 could buy a BMW 850CSI & the Japanese Sport Cars, Mostly the Supra Turbo which is the (Japanese Porsche 928).

  • get it waxed :)

  • i would love this. i wonder if it's ready to change hands again?

  • Perfect german's autobahn eater !

  • this dude is such a car salesman

  • we have 2 porsche 928's here at home, one of them is GTS

  • Wot no cupholders ??

  • i didnt catch, was it an auto or a manual?

would be a shame to waste such an engine one an auto

  • @KonFusedKid23 It's a shame that this 928 is a slushbox.

The back seats in the 928 were for legless midgets and were likely put there for insurance purposes. Porsche should have offers an option to remove the seats and the attendant accessories and replace that space with storage nets for a briefcase or bag.

  • Whats with the retard walking through the shot at 0.33? He had a proper pair of "Papillion" glasses on!!

  • Something like 85% of 928's had a Mercedes Benz-sourced automatic transmission. A GTS like this one with a manual transmission is a RARE BIRD, and it would command a much higher price as a result.

  • saw this model at the Detroit Cobo show. Killer in real life, but this one, why automatic???? still a great machine, the one I saw was in white. NICE

  • I want that AMX you have there.

  • Lotta scratches I bet, but still abeautiful car.

  • That douche said "This is considered on of the world's greatest super cars..." Ha ha ha ha, um, yeah.

  • @nkx1 He must have been thinking 911 Turbo and forgot that he was talking about the 928 GTS.

  • @TheTallMan35 - Yes, I'm sure that must have been it. It couldn't possibly be the more plausible explanation of him being the typical greasy car salerperson talking out of his ass.

  • @nkx1 What, its not? Its 17 years old, and your here watching a video about it.

  • with the fold down seats you can now nail your mistress in yer porsche

  • good god they have one that looks like this NEAR MY HOUSE and if it sells for under a certain ammount, for it's millage. then I"D BE SET!

  • You mean "write" that.

  • Did u have a gts s or just a 1978 or 9 original basic 928 or s4 or s3.

  • An 87 manual shift s4. I would have kept it if I hadn't had a financial setback. Had a lot of fun with it. I'll get another some day, unless I win a lottery or inherit money and can afford the new version of the 928 due in a few years.

  • Oh OK but i have never had a tranny problem in mine and.Ive had it ten years that's weird you do.

  • No, I never had a tranny problem. Only problems were broken shift linkage and clutch plate and timing belt needed replacing when I bought it. The engine was fantastic.

  • there is no better car!

  • @FAST928GTS yeah there is, a 1994 928 with stick

  • @mrwhite21

    yes but hard to find

  • I see 927 also wth

  • Well, this one was better than the one that i about to buy it. once belong to Thai owner from chiangmai . Porsche 928 5.0 auto tranmission They didn't tell which model name is But they told that it's from 1988 a white one. I think it's the S4 because it's 5 litres engine. But again this white 928 is currently my best offer from dealerships Only 790,000 Thai baht! Amazing! Ok,this 94' 928 was really in its pristine condition,a great car and my dream-come-true car!
  • These are all steadily appreciating in value, as are 911's. A very sound purchase, I love the retro look of the 928, even more than the 911.

  • Only - I see whit the 924/944/928 is no cupholder, weak tranny and alot of em made whit auto :(

    I still love em tho have a 944 :)

  • weak tranny there bullet proof in a 928

  • "they're"

  • Is that a question or an agreement?

  • if only I had 30 grand to blow on one of these cars.

  • That would be a wise 30K....they are sweet.

  • 968 also had 17" Cup II and Cup I

  • What no cup holder?

  • Re: MPDano - but there is a mirror for you to come your chest hair....of course there's no cupholders, that is for the fat Americans and there greatest contribution to smog ......the drive thru!

  • Nice. HerrKuhn928. Never been in a Drive Thru yourself in Cincinnati, Ohio?

  • What? Not a 5 speed?

  • Dogomatic

  • I guess with the slushbox, this would be pretty much like my 496 Big Block Suburban!
