The first one is crown charkra.. I can fee it vibrating hitting many chakras. just because you feel it there does not always mean the chakra is blocked, it can mean the chakra is healing something in that specific area. i felt it in my heart and i know that chakra is open. but when i felt the vibration I almost started to cry. So there is an emotional situation that is of burdon to me that it is helping me heal. filling my heart with the strength to get through. restoreing.

These bowls are not QUARTZ crystal. They are made of lead crystal, a type of artifical glass. Quartz crystals large enough ot make bowls from are extremely rare & very expensive. Stop misleading people.

@MissGanjaLove Hello there, I believe the first note I played while making this recording was F. After that, I don't have full recall but all 7 notes were played in the full version of the recording. This time when I listened to it again, I did notice the vibration in my head. That could either mean we're both a little crazy...or that we have some minor blockages in our third eye or crown chakra. reminds me of the lotus flower i saw in deep meditation then found out it was my soma chakra a light blue lotus flower, chakras are real and can be seen visually i have truly seen mine and can attest to the fact that they really exist, i wish everyone could have seen what i saw then there would be many more believers in something then believers in nothing, all chakras look like lotus flowers and mine was spinning counterclockise and was placed in the east, i have now changed my life to hope:)

@zuluwilliam It can have that effect. When I do sound healing work, they oftentimes fall asleep or go deep into Theta or Delta. My theory on this is that their conscious mind goes away so they can more fully accept healing energy. Nearly everybody I work with reports that they feel very deeply relaxed afterward. Like a lot of music, I have to be in the mood for it. When I am, the CD is pretty cool. I like meditation music that is strictly instrumental so this works for me. I don't think I'd listen to it while driving, though. Might trigger some kind of flashback...

meditation music can be about as subjective as real music, its all about individual's personal frequency, i keep an open mind on all music period since it has captivated me since i was a child, there is lots of native american flute and arabic singing that is just as spiritually healing as solfeggio tones (since 'vibrato' of tremolo can resonate a binaural beat in the brain as well)

If it makes you feel that uncomfortable, it probably means it just doesn't resonate with you, and there's nothing wrong with that. You'll know a video works for you if it makes you feel relaxed, content, or gives you a burst of energy.

@Ryan4twenty The bowls are made of quartz. It's kinda' like running your finger around the edge of a crystal champagne glass, just more dramatic. The bowls are played by running a wand (fancy word for a stick) around the rim of the bowls with varying pressure and speed. Very simple instrument, totally intuitive. I really liked this meditation a lot, my eyes go all unfocused and the colors and sounds are very soothing. I just wish that the blue would fade in as nice as the other colors. It kept distracting me and interrupting the flow.

One of my favorite practices with singing bowl music is to sit or lie down in a comfortable place, gently close your eyes, and listen. Focus on the music and take long, slow, deep breaths inwards through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. If other thoughts occur, acknowledge them and then bring your attention back to the music. Do this any time you need guidance, feel stress, or feel out of balance in any way. I find them very pleasant and maybe more healing and balancing to the lower chakras; root, sacral, and solar. They also have more of an assortment of overtones, which can be fun. The crystal bowls really call to me, though.

They do sound a little spacey, I agree. There are some interesting correlations between crystal singing bowls and outer space. Evidently, the sounds of the ions in the rings around the planet Uranus (the ones within our hearing spectrum, anyway) sound like singing bowls. Small world syndrome, I reckon. Thanks for commenting.
