The only rights that are protected under all the American Constitutions are natural rights.... those are rights that exist if government did not exist. Most our problems today are from people fighting for rights that come from government(civil rights), not from nature. Government gets more power and control over the people when the people demand civil rights and allow our natural rights to be trampled. Our people are politically ignorant of what they are demanding.
