Nice looking ride there :) HArd to tell from the video but are those lights red or orange? Most of the law enforcement agencies around here in north texas have gone to LED based bars and whatnot and they look pretty neat compared to the old mechanical ones.

They are drilled in..... if you go on google and look for headlight strobe kits..... They run like 200-300..... I got mine for 100 installed as my grandfather builds Fire command vehicles

The lights come with the aftermarket bumper. A standard headlight flasher was wired into them in lieu of using the OEM headlights.

The back of the bar is actually split. The top level is red and the lower level is amber. In the video the flash patterns hadn't been finalized which is why it looks a bit confusing back there.
