I am also doing service to my wife and kids, without any SLA. They expect all the goodies. I am overburdened with costs and risks. Wish there was a SLA at marriage, containing warranties. Now I can't replace or return the wife and kids. I am stuck. Help me please.
Hahahaha - you know what I did? I ordered the this book ISBN-13: 978-0805304022 and decided to slowly work my way through it. Whenever the wife or kids are bothering me I just smile and say "Ssshhhhhtttt... can't you see I'm studying here?" Yeah - I know the feeling all to well, I guess the main issue on this whole planet is that everything seems to evolve around goodies and money. That's really sad isn't it? Well, I'm listening to some Shostakovich now - all the best :-) IBB

Great videos - well explained - I wonder why people pay $2,500 for a classroom based course where they receive less quality, less materials, and less passion!
Marco has the best ITIL videos available online - this stuff should have been available years ago! Finally someone that actually shares some knowledge in ITSM space - the rest of the course providers either seem to sit on, charge a fortune and only copy it from others! Way to go IsleBeebach!
