  • There's any problem to do these on full motion? I really felt my legs, when doing this for endurance training for martial arts

  • This is for glute activation, because in most of us glutes are not recruited as they should (sedentary life, being seated for 8 hours). I guess they went heavy afterwards, but after activating the glutes theyre able to generate more force.

  • @DeMoNSe3d Yes, I put this between squats and followed it up with heavy KB swings.

  • I'm assuming this would indirectly strengthen knees as well?
