Darwin didn't give the theory of DNA. Nor was he related to the history of DNA in any way. the only people related to DNA's history are:

Frederick Griffith
Oswald Avery
Erwin Chargaff
Rosalind Franklin & Maurice Wilkins
James Watson & Francis Crick
and the Darwin's theory of evolution has never been confirmed.
