Its not actually a cyst, but resembles one. It just needs some ice, but not the ice you skate on! :) If it stays swollen, it may have become a hematoma - that is where a traumatic injury (usually) leaves a swollen area filled with blood. But being on your face - if it doesn't go down on its own, see a doctor. My mom used to call that a goose egg - had my share of them playing softball, lol. Hope it gets better!
