Don't rez coalesced objects close to no-build parcels

This has always been a problem. I have lost many paid items to this bug. I am surprised it has not been fixed. This should have topped their priority list several years ago.

I rarely have no copy items but every once in awhile i might rez a Tardis console near a border and...well, ship half rezed will decompress :p

Oooops. I got this notice like 3 hours too late. Funny thing is that I opened the item in a large sandbox, but I think it had sim divisions in it and guess what...yep.

If it went into lost and found...it wouldn't really be an issue. Plus it would have shown in the inventory just moved to the lost and found folder. :)

My coalesced object isn't no-copy, so I don't lose it when I try to rez, but even rezzing in the center of an empty sim doesn't seem to work.
