1. History has shown that torture does not work. All you get is bad intel.

2. Anyone that is ready to die will not be affected by torture.

3. If you were not a terrorist before you were tortured then you sure will want to be on afterwords.

4.Torture undermines the job of troops on the ground and backs the bad guys against a figurative "wall" and makes them fight harder "hearts and minds"

In this video it is clearly stated that by bringing this story to light actually increased the number of insurgents in Iraq. So, by announcing what was done at Abu Ghraib the people who reported this are directly responsible for killing of American troop sin Iraq.
