From CD Japan, HMV or Third Stage (see Google for the addresses). I personally prefer CD Japan: often had problems with HMV, where the item arrived damaged because of a bad packaging and such. Third Stage is a second-hand shop: cheaper, but may not have -the- item you're looking for.
I think this was their lowest budget video..by far lol. I think Moon at Midday comes in second place because that video had a revolving stage XD
