I got my arceus from a special event. One of our supermarkets (K-Mart - in Australia) did this thing where they traded one to you - for a limited time.

Also, if I transfer it to heart gold or soul silver, my arceus can give me access to special areas!!! :) soo lucky!

Two questions.

1-When you say the highest in the game, do you mean Pokemon can only reach lvl 80 and nothing above, or do you mean highest lvl wild pokemon in the game?

2-Can I use a Master Ball to catch Arceus?

It's even less effective than original SPLASH.

You don't use PokéSAV at all, but instead you can create a Wonder Card which activated the Azure Flute through that, which you can then receive from the man in green from the Pokémart.

Nothing he does here gives him an unfair advantage. All that using an action replay or gameshark does is save time and effort. actually, arceus is NOT the highest level wild pokemon.

go to the resort area in platinum, and u can catch a lvl 100 magikarp! its all luck, the highest i got was a lvl 83. if u dont believe me look it up.

You need to get the Flute via. the Green Man in the Pokémart instead of putting it straight into your bag.

And the Gold Magicarp with 999 Stats isn't possible without hacking, and is probobly unofficial.
