Phil Collins gets a lot of shit for some reason, but even though I'm not a real fan, I appreciate his contribution to music-I just wish he got the respect he deserves. He's a top bloke, too-he wrote a cheque for a good few thousand grand to a stranger who asked for it, and obliged, no questions asked. The dude made big money and paid him back in the end. Collins might be loaded, but I can't imagine many celebrities these days would do such a thing. Maybe Jesus does know Collins :p

Neither. He is mocking some of the televangelists that preach what is known as "prosperity theology" I don't know Phil Collins' actual beliefs, but he doesn't strike me as the kind who would mock someone else's beliefs.
