I like this little presentation although I find it vexing that people still frame the entire north / south antagonism through the prism of slavery - that's false. The wider issues of States' rights, tariff reform, corporate welfare, and National Banks equally played a part; the issue of slavery was a facet formed on the backdrop of these overriding issues.
