Kinda curious, there are 2 airborne wings on both the left and right of your chest. What are the differences? and the pic at 3:23 reminds me of a Barrack in Thailand

Singapore airborne wing and Thai airborne wing. The pic at 3:23 is a barrack in Singapore.
