All 4x's get stuck!! The H1 is an awsome truck. Half of the fun of wheeling is to see how far you can go without getting stuck. I have a full size 87 Bronco and my wife has a 91 Jeep Wrangler. We go out in one or the other, depending on the trail, but, many..many times we will go out with the kids and or freinds with both so we can pull each other out if need be. That is the difference between moderate and extreem wheeling, IMHO.
any 4x4 can get stuck with a poor driver. you guys are all rediculous. anything with IFS will break long before my 31 year old dodge but beyond that it doesn't matter. most of it is the driver.
a 4x4 iz only as good as u make it.... all really depends on the lift u got and tyres... if u got MT's.. u can get just about any where.. if u got AT's.. u have limmittations through mud

most AWD systems on never vehicles use the breaks to control where the power goes and prevent slippage. manualy applying the breaks can have a simmiler effect as stopping the wheels from free spinning lets the vehicle regain power to the wheels that arn't free spinning. it is true that it doesn't truely lock the differentials. i thought the 4x4 lever did that. but it can offer a similer yet temperary lock

Actually the H3 doesnt have anything to do with the heavy brothers h1 and h2, and it is very capable.
The Land Rovers reliability suck especially the 99 + models are just junk they have tons of problems.
Try a Rubicon even the Xterra Fj Cruiser they are great off roading vehicles.
