please tell me....is unreal engine 3 different from unreal engine 3 editor? i mean...can you use unreal engine 3 for making games and unreal engine 3 editor just for maps?
Well, the editor is made specifically for the game in terms of function, but it can be "tricked" to make games that are part of a totally different genre. See the Gears of war terminator mod.
@masterpiraka are u using an old UDK? the newest model for udk in uscript can make any genre and thats what hes usin is UDK lol not a map editor UDK is unreal developers kit aka the Unreal game engine
