@wizmurat Prettymuch the same time for me. I have a bit of tudoring, but, it isnt as smooth as Ben's playing. Dont get a new viola, for yours is fine. The playing will get smoother over time, with practice, unless it's screeching bad, which in that case, you might need a new bow

@wizmurat If its buzzing, you have sumthing inside the viola. Look into the f-holes and see if theres anything you could possibly get out. It could be anything from a bead, to a piece of rosin. If you are able to get it out, then thats good, but dont go buying a whole new viola just befauce something is inside of if. If you cant get anything out, bring it to a shop, and see what they can do

The only thing I might add is can you please let us see the fingering from your left hand? I always watch great players left hands to attempt to get that perfect sound. Or maybe I just watched others play and copied because I was too lazy to practice...

Tried to find some beginners stuff. I just searched up "Violin Tutorial". Want to learn to play the violin, this problaby makes sense to all yall that play the violin. But i dont understand at all. Imagined a tutorial to be like; experienced people (which he are) showing you what notes to play. I guess its not like guitar and piano huh.. You have to know where every note is when playing violin. even if you saw his fingers they would be moving too quickly to see which point along the string he is pressing down on (if he moves to 2nd or 3rd position) and you couldnt tell which string he would be on anyway-if you want to learn to piece get the sheet music not learn it on youtube it wont work
