He didn't use cheats for this glitch to happen.This happened to me once when I was on a mission,and I was trying to get on my bike (but there was another bike beside it) and he kept glitching between the bikes until he finally got on one of them,but he got on the wrong bike...I think I even failed the mission because of the glitch,either that or some Greasers were messing with me until I got knocked out,I don't remember which one,but I do know it was the glitches fault why I failed.
