It looks like the leg of its meal. You can see the bulge of the meal on both sides of the leg. The snake is dead and someone cut the side open and pulled out the undigested leg.
@liamb561 excuse me, I noticed your comment. I'm trying to find source information on whether the snake with a leg actually was real or a hoax... can you tell me how you know that it's real, and where the source is?
@instereovideos It is real. I remember seeing this on the news a few years back. The snake was found in china. Though it is extremely rare but snakes do have an ancient recessive gene that if activated, it can be possible for it to grow a leg or legs. They are doing something similar with chickens in a laboratory. They are activating an ancient gene to cause them to grow more scales then feathers as well as teeth. I watched a special about trying to seeif it were possible to recreate dinosaurs.

its real ... kind of. what happens is a snake eats a large lizard and the leg protrudes and eventualy pops out.
