I think she made the right choice.She should have took Harper more seriously instead of making up reasons for why she was late or had to leave. When you take on a client for the 1st time, if your going to let them fall you have to at least let them try to fly first. She should have tried Harper's music out on the public first before she made a fool out of her. Sink or swim at least she would have been real. Harper you made the right decision now let Josie help you find your voice along the way.
I think firing Cocoa was the best thing for both Harper and Josie as a sort of test to se what's gonna come in the future.
