I had a chinchila once, but for economic reasons I had to move. THe new house was too hot in the summer and it would be a crime to have her in these conditions, so I had to give her away ;_;
@DovisWhite A big cage is always a good idea. Lazer (my chinchilla) just loves his cage! its 6ft tall, but thats overkill sorta x3 i would probly stick with a medium size cage for space reasons and it would be easier to clean.
@StrawberryBomb123 Just keep them a room temperature environment, and make sure you have volcano dust for them to bathe in, you can buy it at just about any pet store.
