the noise that the swordsman guy makes when you meet him is the same noise from wind waker when the buck-toothed pirate niko jumps on the first platform in the beggining of the game wind waker lol... they recycle so many noises in these games lol

No, in this game they are used for purchasing collectible figurines that you need for a heart piece. I show this off in some of my later episodes.
