Prosecuter Mignini was CONVICTED of abuse of office 2 years ago. He was sentenced to 16 months in prison, Mignini is allowed to remain a prosecutor until he learns the outcome of his appeal. As a trial does not usually start until many months after the criminal is caught (and the crime committed), you can never prevent a jury from reading tabloid or newspaper before the trial (unless all jurors are illiterate). Prosecuter Mignini was CONVICTED of abuse of office 2 years ago. He was sentenced to 16 months in prison, Mignini is allowed to remain a prosecutor until he learns the outcome of his appeal. If he loses his appeal which will start the end of this month (November 2011) he will be out of the prosecutor's office
and that is just what he deserves!

As a trial does not usually start until many months after the criminal is caught (and the crime committed), you can never prevent a jury from reading tabloid or newspaper before the trial (unless all jurors are illiterate). Since when the DA would have to produce a receipt to prove that Knox sanitized the crime scene?
Paolo Micheli treated the clean-up as a fact, not as a hypothesis. The proof: absence of Amanda's fingerprints in the house even though she had lived there for 4 months
Cleaning products are easy to get hold of and should be found in every household. Even sloppy people like knox use them sometimes.
I don't understand why FOA make such a fuss about it!
I guess it's lack of better arguments...

FOA has a total lack of better arguments. I think he's simply infatuated with knox. he's only 17 so I wouldn't expect him to make a strong argument anyway. lack of fingerprints in your own home is suspicious by anybody's standards.
