@gbrown4x4 I am thinking standard is a manual, right?? The car in this video is a 6 speed manual. I had a linelock on it, but otherwise you can 'dance' on the pedals. Need to hold the brake down just enough to keep it from moving.

I have a question hopefully you or anyone who sees this will answer. I have a '99 Trans Am with auto trans that's shot and needs universal joints. Is this car worth repairing or should I just junk/donate it.? The car has over 181K on it but it still runs okay but it feels real warm under the hood (gauges say the cooling is fine). I hope to hear from anyone :).

Governor is via computer though. I lowered mine. No need to go over 140....getting there quickly is where it is at.

Not likely. Luos's T/A is *Naturally Aspirated" and is putting down high 11's on a 1/4 mile track thats 5000+ft altitude. At sea level that same WS6 would be running high 10's - low 11's without breaking a sweat. This car is putting down 531HP to the wheels and you'd be hard pressed to find a Cobra that could match it pound for pound. Hell I'd bet on his T/A over most other F-bodies as well.

Bore is 3.9 (99.1mm) and stroke is 3.62 (91.9mm) making it a 345.7 cubic inch motor (rounded up to 346).

Technically it is a 5.665 liter (5665 cc).

@LS6POWER Neither the LS6 or the LS1 are 350's actually. They are both 346 cubic inches. There are also subtle differences in the oiling of the LS6 block compared to that of the LS1 block.
