I've seen this version before. I already had it downloaded. It was the first version I learned of this song. The section in question sounds right that way only because it follows the vocal melody. If you really listen to the studio version you can hear the C5, G5, A5, etc. chords that I play in this video. One mistake that I did catch however, is that I play an E5 (Power chord 2nd fret) instead of a C (Power chord 2nd fret with 5th string 3rd fret).

I'd be lying to tell you, since System's earlier work used dropped C, and some people say that their newer work is in dropped D.

Mezmerize and Hypnotize are a half step higher except the acoustic guitar in Question which is in Standard E. Ah yeah and their first demo tape was in Drop B

which is a half step lower than Drop C.

@HallowedProductions What´s your source? I read the informationI gaver very often and the best rated Pluck tab on UltimateGuitar says Drop C. You may be right about Dam but I´m almost sure that their self-titled is completely in Drop C. If you tune your guitar and play along with the songs you can find out if it fits, at least if you have a musician´s ear.

It's completely correct except the chorus'. The "A" string follows his voice. So the "A" string would go 12 then 10. As well as 7 to 5, 8 to 7, 3 to 2, and 5 to 3.

I'm considering buying the Electric Bass "version" of the guitar you are playing, and just wanted to know: What do you think about the guitar? Is it good compared to anythig other youve ever played?

Definitely the best guitar I've played.

The neck is slick and fast. The pickups (on the guitar anyway) sound amazing, good for metal and such.

The downsides of the guitar are the volume knob being too close to the strings (I accidentally turn it down sometimes) and the guitar is neck heavy. When playing while standing, you have to hold it up with your fretting hand otherwise it'll just tilt downward.

Other than that, the playability is sick.

To record my playing I use iMovie HD, which is a program on a Mac. I have my guitar's output connected to my computer through an iMic.

For the music and all synching I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.
