My Grandpa had Heat Exhaustion today on the Golf Course and it was the scariest day of my life. He starting breathing hard and then passed out. He woke about about 3 minutes later, threw up a bit but now he's fine. We are giving him plenty of fluids and cool air.

Well my vision blurred maybe sweat in my eyes I got dizzy and it was hard to stand and I it was hard to breathe but I had to treat it my self no thanks to everyone standing by

i had heat exhaustion today i was so dizzy i could barely stand or keep my head up in the car then it took orange juce slurpee and water to cure it and still have dizzyness when i change positions :(

I had heat exhaustion and I was light headed and when I got a soda I couldn't even drink it because I was shaking because I felt soo light headed

I want to learn survival beyond first aid. A lot of countries has little or no sufficient medical care. if you break a leg ,its just up to you no patch it together so it heals right. its not just heat stroke , but a lot of other things I would like to learn more about.

@MsWatcheverything What country has no medical care ? Anyway, there is some videos online on how to deal with a heat stroke. it is something hard for you to deal with thats why you need some medical help.
