He agrees, makes peace, is spared, and the ship plot continues ...Again repeating, no one will be harmed during the scene ^_^

Having Davy Jones return for some reason along with the Kraken and attempt to once more destroy Jack would be perfect! Being that Wilhelmina will have favor with the Leviathan and sees Jack is in trouble, her call to the Leviathan will cause him to fight for her defense. And Davy will be all the more shocked to see whom Jack has on his side fighting this time XD

And plus, Davy Jones needs to return in the series anyways because he needs to be confronted by Van der Decken, the original captain of the Dutchman which will be another plot for the last chapter and also the explanation of how Davy Jones got stuck with his ship =)
