What i'm trying to get to is IMO time is something we made up. Time certianly isn't a force like gravity or any of the other forces in the universe which is something we can witness first hand and observe through other planets and stars. Time was made by man You don't get the point. And it's just the idea of PS3 can only do 4D graphics, when most of the games before PS3 did it. And the apocalyptic crap I was talking about some scientist refer to the Fourth Demension as a vector to another plane of existence.

No I don't get it, "time-keeping" was invented by man. The calender was invented by man. Time itself was not. Anything of the consoles could probably do 4D graphics, Drake's Fortune is just an example. Time CAN be considered a vector, that points in a direction other than the three spatial dimensions although your jibber jabber about another plane of existence makes no sense.

What the hell are you talking about? 4D theory? There is no such thing, there are theories and laws which make use of a 4-dimensional universe relativity for one, but there was never any doubt that time is the fourth dimension.

Ok then how about uh......lets see..... Dynamic rendering for procedural textures. I found an article and they used that term. Thats were i found out about it. I'm not repeating them like some drone i actually understand. I also asked two technology teachers, and my friends brother who so happens to know 5 Programming languages, and has been making game engines for 5 years.

A dimension represents a degree of freedom in the universe. To imagine the 4th dimension, just think of a cube representing three dimensions like a single frame in a movie. One infinitesimal instant in time ahead will mean another frame. So basically each frame represents a point in time, and we move forward from frame to frame. (Although in truth time is also a line, the idea of frames is just a learning aid.)

No, time is not a vector at all, more a relative variable. You should read up on what you're talking about, as the 4th dimension really is another plane of existence (there are probably about 11 of them actually), it's a different dimension than 'time'. As said many times before, 'time' technically is not a dimension and it only exists because of our interpretation of it.

Why can't you figure out he's full of shit. 4d graphic can be render at an impressive 10 to 12 seconds, but the textures wouldn't progress like life because it would take a powerful processor to allow developers to take a pixel and define it so they can decide what texture it will produce. It been done before but not like this
