my b5 passat was 235nm, now 290, not seen any problems with clutch at all, power up from 110-143hp, i reckon it could take a lot more :)

Mine is Golf V 1.9tdi, 66kw, year 2008....chiptuned to 130hp and 285Nm

Mine is @ 130hp and 285Nm, because my tuner said that this is the maximum power the clutch can whitstand.(5 gear model).

@Fiaamma mine is Golf V 1.9TDI DPF 105PS@143PS and 250Nm@354,6Nm (Automobile Club Dyno Test) with 5 Gears...no problems in 30.000km's
