No totally don't get me wrong I completely understand where you are coming from, I I do tend to agree on certain parts of your argument. The Gap Deadmau5 always leaves me with was fulfilled with Skrillex, that's really the only reason why I took it serious. Thanks for the feedback though.

@DjNoizZ this is the serato scratch live fancy equipment, which allows you to manipulate mp3's on a laptop, you can set que points, seamless loops etc etc..
on a serato cd of vinyl is a high tone with a piece of hardware translates so your laptop knows which part of the mp3 it has to play.
@DjNoizZ in some regard it is vinyl but that's Serato if I'm not mistaken. That software and hardware is so DJ's who were so used to vinyl can still make the switch to digital Djing with out having to go buy an expensive ass pair of cdj's. so if you were from the 80's DJing with a pair a tech 12's then you could still use them without having to dragaround crates of records that "vinyl record is actually the controller for the whole software, the software reads the timecode to make it feel vinyl.
@ResQueDj Look up Atrak 1998 vids hes uses real vinyl at times too. hes using serato because Not every track is made on vinyl anymore.. and it beats carrying a vinyl case. Atrak is an awesome dj

he has a weird style of pulling the tracks back. like most dj's i've seen will spin the record back and stop it after 1.5 or however many rotations, but he kind of claws at them until they're where he wants them. i guess you don't have to look at the record as much and you can use a slipmat that has less slip
ooh no mate - getting those pullbacks spot on like that and cutting between them and scratching alternately AND making it make sense is really fucking tricky. If you think its easy then you dont understand what he's doing.
theres a dj trick to it...you put a little sticker on the center edge of the vinyl lined up with the needle (or top or where ever desired) to know where the sample comes in....notice how when the dot sticker lines up with the needle, the sample comes in everytime...its a simple technice but mastering it is tough...props though
@fishybishbash he has the stickers to where he wants to spin the record to, but it still is hard. they just help you kno where ur cue point is. verry nice skills tho i must say.
