There really isn`t an average. Some people don`t make anything after 2 months, others make $10,000... it really depends on your work ethics. If you take a LOT of action - you make good money.
It all depends on your efforts, time invested, concentration and action... There is no cap on how much you can make - but it`s a legit business model, so you will have to work for the money.

The more people buy the items that they see from your web page the bigger the commission is? something like that??? You promote products of large companies such as eBay, Amazon...etc and you get paid for it. You promote it online, using free sites and free traffic. That's all.
So the free sites are like the banners at the top of a site that will advertise something? The more clickies on the banner, the most cashflow? So basically your site guides you in a direction to help you efficiently post ads and get alot of traffic hence increasing your revenue?

You get paid a commission every time you make a sale... either you sell an e-book, a chair, an ipod... ANYTHING that is being sold online...

I think you are taking about Adsense and similar programs - I don't work with these because the payout is too small :)
