ok I have a woman she is the spawn of satan, causes hell for all tenants around her + me the maintenance/assistant man. and the manager, she causes a hostile environment for everyone at the property. complains because she wakes up the next morning, and threatens people off premises to come to the premises and fight her. what can I do, besides the normal wanting to smack a bitch, maybe just kidding a lil bit.

How to give 60 day notice and leave in 30 days (Ontario): if you are always buying stamps keep your receipts and work around the dates on the receipt when you are ready to write your imaginary letter of moving out. If you send your rent via mail always keep your receipt's as proof and always register it to be signed at the receiving party (landlord). This is useful when you're ready to move without fear of being on the street. Can you figure out how to bend the Land Lord And Tenants Act?
since you want to give advice about tenants who don t pay their rent mabe you should also give advice about all of the civil munincipal and federal fraud going
on in this country the very reason people are losing homes and getting evicted
from their apartments you sound like a clown well trained by your master
this is not for slumloards, slumloads want you to pay but dont fix shit., if you are a slumlord fix what needs to but fix and stop letting your tenant live with leaks,mold,electrical problems, and roaches, thanks( tenants fight back.)
@meshaq69 I absolutely don't blame slumlords for not fixing low income properties. Poor people damage apartments, leave meth labs, leave bed bugs, leave garbage, break doors, windows, etc. Forget it, rent rat holes to rats and don't repair crap that the rats will damage anyways. If you don't like slumlords, no problem, work hard, get a good job and buy your own home someday :)

@shailston What would Jesus do? Seriously we all have obligations but, why not go to "those people" whom you probably have never got to know and find out there situation. Maybe you could work some sort of barter into it. If you don't believe in Jesus maybe you respect Karma. Treat others in the way you wish some one would treat you.
@shailston aye. if youre a responsible landlord, everythign is repaired no issues. tenant just wont pay. sometimes there are reasons, but in hte end you just cant let someone live there free. youve got bills to pay too. if yall cannot barter out the back rent somehow. then this is really the only option
