Vince just needed to get one more WWF out of him. As much as I prefer WWF to WWE, The World Wildlife Fund (now World Wide Fund for Nature) was using WWF long before Vince renamed WWWF to WWF. But oh well, what do ya do.

Besides, do you think Vince wants to go through all that again? Vince's company has been the leading sports entertainment company back when it was WWWF, WWF and now WWE. If I were Vince I wouldnt really waste time in trying to go back. If he did then he would have to bring back Hogan and Warrior...lol
