Okay, you guys, to get Mii Outfit B, you must beat ALL the regular staff ghosts, the really easy ones. THEN, when you beat them, it says "A fast staff ghost has appeared!" Beat ALL the fast staff ghosts, (Even the fast staff ghosts are pretty easy) and you should unlock Mii Outfit B. I would know, because I have it on all my accounts. (I have 3 :P)

@TheMrSiras I did every course in Time Trails and didn't beat my own high score 1 or 2 times. I think you need to beat your own high score in every course in order to unlock Mii Outfit B.

(And I find that fukin retarded. :P)

@InfernaTheDragon To unlock Mii Outfit B you have to beat the regular ghost times and unlock the expert ghost times. Look up what the expert times are and what time you need to beat the regular staff ghosts.

Once you beat all 32 original staff ghosts and unlock 32 expert staff ghosts, you unlock Mii Outfit B

no 1 would want to say that luigi circuit is hard i think, that if u had the medium karts & the small karts u wud succeed.....somehow but if u had the big karts u wudnt be able 2 do it coz ude crash into evrythng that's why i use yoshi for evrythng and the mach bike but how to beet the actual expert ghost data is beyond me.

Watch for the cows crossing in laps 2 and 3, I suggest a bike for avoiding these since it takes sharper turns.

The moles slow you down when they burrow, and fling you in the air when they pop out, so avoid that.

Use the ramp near the ending straightaway to get a speed boost.

An Expert Staff Ghost is when you beat the programmer's ghosts in Time Trials. However, they're difficult to beat, but if you can, you'll get an Expert Staff Ghost.
