Video of the shower is excellent how totally spoilt by Sarah Brightman butchering Nessun Dorma. There is a reason Puccini wrote it for a tenor and not a soprano - because soprano's can't sing it! She is not even a very good soprano and this rendition is just painful. Such a shame because putting it with Pavarotti singing it would have been fantastic.

This year, you do have to be up from about 2:00 on, because the Moon will be disturbingly bright before that time. I'm also hearing that this year's show isn't as good as previous years, so don't be too disappointed if you don't see much. We're still hopeful about the Leonids, peaking on November 17th!
