@JohnnySoftair I'm not scout but I can answer those question on his behalf.

The camera is mounted on the persons head, not on their gun.

Scout doesn't have any employees. He is the only person who works on these videos. He gets the footage, he edits the footage, and he then uploads the final video to Youtube. The reason we rarely ever see him is because he is always holding the camera!
