If anyone notices at 0:17, the screen says "Refuge O.K." which means the base can't transform until everyone is in the Safety Zone. As for the cadets when the base tilts, the Safety Zone either spins to where it remains flat during Megazord Mode or the cadets are laying flat against the wall they line up against. If there is someone in the bathroom, them they better hang on for dear life and be ready for a major mess. :D

I would say that Pyramidas is around the same size as the Delta Command Magazord. But, Pyramidas is a little bulkier.
