I'm practicing taichi a bit now. When I asked my aikido sensei how to supplement for the lack of kata in aikido, he simply said, "Learn taichi"

..... Bravo! At first the Master of this martial art seems lacking enthusiasm , or maybe I've seen passions in others more then he, however as it progress' s he seems to take flight! And everything falls into place perfectly the movements are delicate n swift , real Qi power is felt. He continues in a smoothness I sum up with

Just I think he has some problems with the shoulders some times and he lost the coordination of hands or arms with the rest of the body some times too.
