- insufficient good leadership, totally distrustfull politicians
- ineffective police force (crime fighting)
- insufficient food
- insufficient electricity
- insufficient staff training
- insufficient local availaiblity of research and training centres

I agree with your points which Pakistan must resolve, but i don't think there is any chance of America ''destroying'' Pakistan in the near future. They can't afford it, most of their troops are in land locked Afghanistan and Pakistans are the ones feeding them and sending them supplies. Also Pakistan is no Afghanistan or Iraq. I do however think that they would love to take control of Pakistan and the invasion of Afghanistan was 50% reason to get troops nearer Pak, Iran and china

Look at where it stands now. A heinous crime has beeen comitted against Iraq and Afghanistan.
