While I agree that by tracing a particular part of something and analyzing while doing so can train your hand and eye to work together to memorize the pattern of a drawing method, tracing a whole picture and posting it up has no positive consequences. People do it over and over and learn nothing, because they simple know that there's always an image out there that they can trace. Keeping traced files secret is a better way to go. Even so, referencing is much more beneficial in the artist world.

ah yes. I agree with you 100%! I'm a little peeved about that, yes. I guess some people are too frustrated by the fact that, everything takes great practice. Most people just want to get better in an instant.
