  • Nice work.

  • wonderful video, keep up the good work

  • Tops :)

  • this might apply to a family memeber or friend but i dont think someone u've never met calls u a cunt in the street + u never see them again loves u??

  • What comes out of our mouths and what we do to other starts with how we love ourselves. What you do with what they do is how you love yourself. Do you let it go or do you keep feeling bad because they have a problem? Peace

  • Think of that context in terms of the principle of projection. The presuppositions and attitudes you have about someone else is just a reflection of how you see a part/an aspect of yourself. He probably called you a cunt because there is something that you do or say that reminds him of how he could be...and because he loves himself, he reacts/judges you the same way he judges himself .

  • So ultimately...loving yourself means loving the people you meet. Why do you think Jesus Christ advises that we love our neighbors as we love ourselves?

Why do most spiritual practices advise that you love everything in the world (including a flower)...because then you can't help but love yourself (via the reverse action of projection)

  • I love this approach... you are able to make it so easy to grasp the emotion...

light it up and then simply allow it to slip away.

  • I would love to find someone to Tap with? Any trainers in training? Lets all Help Each other..;)

    Peace,

    Bill

  • Hi Robert, Thanks in advance for your excellent guidance!

But (!), if my ex-husband hurt me very much, can I first tell him and everybody else concerned how much he hurt me in the most direct way (cause I have acted unnaturally 'good' about it up till now), and then let it go? I mean, when somebody really hurts you, don't I have to release the anger first (shout at them or in private, or whatever) before starting to tap? Or take up kickboxing!? and then tap? hug

  • Thank you for the kind words!

Now, I have found another useful pack of techniques, the "Shen Technique" which a master of Shun Shen Tao, Grandmaster David Harries, teaches.

In case you have not heard of him and his technique before, then please be sure to type "GMofShunTao" in the Youtube user channel and look for "The Yes System of Healing" and the "Nei Gong Hwa Jing" and "Shen Technique". All seem to be very powerful methods of healing, although no scientific method appears to explain them.

  • Hello,

I have got this problem with addressing my painful memories: although the pictures in my mind definitely change, often just the knowing that somebody did something and said something hurts me a lot more than the pictures and words said.

I still use the tree before tapping and do the KC point often, but the problems still feel overwhelming at times. How specific should I be, should I tap on every single issue that bothers?

Hope you can offer some feedback.

    Thanks in advance!

    Peace

  • Yes, address every little piece. You need to totally free yourself from every aspect. Clear your insides, have a clean heart and mind then peace will overtake every area of your life. What you hold in mind you attract so hold good stuff. Peace
