  • Try to make sure the timecode cd you are using is right for YOUR CD PLAYER. There are 2 types on the website: 1 for proffesional-grade CD Players (Pioneer CDJ-1000) and 1 for normal CD Players (Cheap and OK CD Players).

Make sure the one you download is right for you. Try mixing and tell me what happens..

  • hello guys!dj juan or anyone who knows the answer please tell me here or PM me to a question about timecode...i play for a bar for half an hour and then the other dj plays for an hour and then i play again etc...is it somehow possible to for me to play with timecode cd and the other dj of the night wants to play with normal cds?for example i played my set and when the other one wants to play a track from his cds to eject my timecode cd and put one of his!will that work?

    ...THANX...

  • Yes i think it will work with virtual DJ. There is a package called Numark Virtual Vinyl..

The soundcard has 2 line outputs and 2 PASS OUTPUTS.

If you want, you can get a Y Joiner Cable to join these 4 outputs into 2 outputs. Then you can plug them into your mixer.

Basically those Pass Outputs bypass the virtual dj software, and allow you to put any cd in there, without messing up the virtual dj hardware. Do you get it now? If you don't, PM me.

  • where can i download the time coded cd? can someone please answer?

  • From the website!

  • thanx 10 months later

  • wow youve got you own audio studio, i wish i had one

  • I have a Hercule MK2 console, (2) Pioneers CDJ 800, and Behringer mixer. Im trying use the TCCDs like yourself but the TCCDs are not configuring at all and it seems as though the musical lines that moves from left to right (The blue and red lines) are being held by another setting or something because it moves left to right. I dont have a offical version of Virtual Dj, could that be my problem? Did you have any trouble in configuring the TCCDs? Pleas please help.

  • hey guy you're using de version of vdj wich is comming with the mk?! right?!=)

  • hi

sorry could you please tell me what's wrong with my virtual dj because when i play for around 10mins my music is not connect to the cdj. is it because i use virtual dj trial???

and with virtual dj can you use cdj to cue the music??

    need help..

    thank you very much

  • yeah bruh onc you use the trial demo all bets are off. you have to but it now, sorry, i did the same thing

  • get the cracked version google it!

  • OOps sorry, forgot something..

Where did you get the Timecode file you burned on the CD?

    Thanx.. & Merry Christmas btw

  • Hey, nice setup you got there!

    But i've got a question.

When you use timecoded CD's, and your CD-player has HotCue's and loop functions, will these word on the mp3's you play in VirtualDJ ??

I'm also thinking about a similar use of the soundcard you use, burt i first wanted to know is those functions will still work.

    Tnx already

    (& sorry for bad english)

  • hey i need help, what do you connect to your usb soundacard? your mixer? your cd player? i really need help! thanks!

  • You connect CDs in input and mixer channels in output.

You can also duplicate CD outputs and send a copy to the soundcard and one to a mixer channel, in order to use both CDs and MP3s ;-)

  • Do you need only the ESI Maya 44 USB to connect your turntables to the pc? And then you can play MP3 Files and handle them with your Turntables? Need help ;)

  • You need the Maya44 or U46DJ (or any other low-latency, 2-stereo-input soundcard) and obviously an original copy of VirtualDJ Pro ;-)

  • that volume bar by the below the vinyl itself. that's just b/c its faster than normal right? i got that if i manually forwardspin it

  • Ohh que bien, con las dvj. Virtual anda muy bien !
